About Me

I'm a certified and accredited Holistic Life and Wellness Coach, otherwise known as a Healing Practitioner

“Bloom into understanding how to live in alignment with you’r most authentic self”.

More About Me

Hello to all the Bloomers who have been here a while and Hello to any new Bloomers. It’s so nice to connect with you in this ever growing safe healing community.

I believe that we are a part of an intrinsically linked psycho-social system. Which is why I find the holistic wellness approach to be the most authentically inclusive way to tackle just about anything in life. The holistic approach means to look at all the different systems in our lives and understand how they all work together.

Therefore as a Holistic Life and Wellness Coach I am able to help one function in a way that promotes mental and emotional wellness throughout ones entire life. This includes the mind, body, soul and external environment connections.

I have always used mindfulness as a base philosophy for all my techniques and tools, I find it’s such a universal and inclusive language.

It can at times be a form of objective truth for those seeking advice, healing, transformation and change. I then couple this with MBCT (Mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy), along with positive psychology techniques.

This process has taken daily conscious effort to bring it to fruition. This is because I feel that I really had to walk the walk before completely diving into coaching within this divine area of life. Slowly my own internal practice has developed.

It all starting when I  decided to study psychology and I was fortunate enough to  graduate with an  honours degree. After graduating  I established myself  in the holistic world and added life coaching, mindfulness and meditation techniques to my skill set.

With these academic skills and my own personal healing experiences I find that i am now able to help others with their own healing. This is because I fully acknowledge the sensitive nature of exploring these topics. They require not only knowledge on the world of healing but also insight into one’s self, because our relationship with ourselves extends out to our relationship with others. The inner world reflects the outer world, and visa versa. This has been proven again and again throughout my journey.

I now feel that I am stepping into that inner power along with the universal peace within, and it is an overflowing fountain. This fountain must be shared with anyone who is thirsty for healing, thirsty for peace and contentment in their lives.
