This 3-hr holistic experience facilitated by Demi-Gea, Founder & Developer of Sunflower Healing, is here to guide you into understanding your shadow self.
Shadow work is learning how to turn on the light within the back corners of your mind, the spots we typically ignore and avoid. This unprocessed self can create many barriers to your healing, growth and transformation journey. Barriers that if understood become the stepping stones to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
This will be integrated with a wonderful yoga flow done by Keren O’Connell.
Finally, all this will be supported by tasty wholefood treats, from the wonderful Baobab Wholefood Cafe`.

What we will be diving into:
When you consider words like “shame,” or “fear,” what do they bring up for you? Is it some aspect of yourself you’d rather not think about? This is the shadow self. Within it lies some of the hardest—but most worthwhile—inner work we can do as people.
Here, we deep dive into what shadow work is all about, how to get started, and why it’s so important.
The idea of the “shadow self” was popularized by famed psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Jung, and according to neuroscientist and author of The Source Tara Swart, Ph.D., it’s composed of the parts of yourself that you reject. “They’re in your personality,” Swart explains, “but you’re blind to them because you don’t want to see them.”
This workshop will help you to reveal yourself to yourself.Processing all the parts of you!What lies on the other side is an abundance of worthiness, self-love and unconditional acceptance for your journey.
