How can I be happier? How can I stop putting myself down? How can I try being myself more? How does one stop being negatively influenced? These are a few of the common questions I get from my clients. Questions I too have had in my own life. It’s these questions that prompted me to develop this course.
I understand that each of you are unique and the journey to healing, growth and well-being will be unique too. However, we all have a common goal. That is to be happy. Happiness can look like different things, which is why I find it important to be your reflector on this journey.
Within the creation of this course, along with reflecting on my own life, I have found that it is more a matter of mindful or unmindful behaviour, than it is about right or wrong behaviour. Often we are unhappy because of the lack of awareness into our own selves. We tend to search outwardly for that inner sense of joy. Sadly, more often than not, we find ourselves in an endless cycle of chasing the next thing that promises to give us lasting happiness. We need to stop and look within to understand what we are in need of. As it is in this inner space that holds our authentic selves.
I would be honoured to guide you to that place within. To a self not based on external conditioning, a self that is aware and conscious of its needs, a self that can process external influences and know what serves them and what does not. It is this self-awareness that will bring you to your true core happiness and authentic self.
I have come to show you more mindful and aware way of being. A deepened sense of self that allows one to tap into the present moment to truly see whats there. What is found is a pure sense of joy, a core happiness that is unshakable.
Here you will learn that a small but consistent shift in perspective can transform your whole life. How being more balanced and aligned can serve your deepest needs. Here you will learn that by understanding yourself, you begin to understand more of the life around you. This understanding can help you build the life you want. A life that serves you with an abundance of joy.

Structure and fee of the course:
This course is done via Skype, Whatsapp video call or Zoom and consists of live one-on-one 1 Hour sessions. This can be broken down into a single, 1 Hour session a week making the program 7 weeks long or two, 1 Hour sessions a week, making the course 3.5 weeks long. Each course schedule will be personally organised to suit your daily routine.
This course is R2800 ($178) and a personal payment plan can be provided if needed. This cost includes many activities and techniques you’ll be able to refer back to for the rest of your life. There will also be added guided meditations, journal and affirmation prompts, as well as a mindful routine that you can tailor to your specific needs.
Contents of the course :
SESSION 1 – VISUALIZATION OF THE HAPPINESS WE ARE SEEKING
- This is an introduction to the space we shall hold together. – To create safety and intent for the journey ahead.
- Within this, we will set out gratitude’s which will support your journey moving forward. Gratitude’s you can come back to whenever needed.
- Based on Modern Positive Psychology – Being grateful can improve your sense of well-being, as people tend to hold a deepened appreciation for life. This notion is then carried over into the awareness and care of ones-self.
- Gratitude is also a powerful tool for strengthening interpersonal relationships. Generally, people who express their gratitude for each other tend to be more willing to forgive others and be less narcissistic.
- With a grateful heart and mind we begin to feel more in alignment with ourselves, allowing us to be in the present moment more. This allows us to see life as an open space, instead of a stuck one. It is within this open energy where the real work happens.

- With gratitude in heart, we will set intentions using tangible aspects of your daily life, such as your senses. – This helps us tap into the unconscious mind/body. The place where alot of feelings, memory and thoughts are stored. This is also the place that will help guide you to your core happiness.
SESSION 2 – DESIRES
- This is a reflective and integrative session.
- Here we will dive into what desires are, why they are perceived to be a negative thing, as well as how they are influenced by society. Eg, Marketing.
- We will unpack the unconscious needs we all have and show just how powerful unconscious conditioning can be on our mind states.
- To further help you become aware of the unconscious processes and external influences in your life, a 4 step awareness check will be taught. – This is a technique that facilitates the change we want to see, change that invites a more authentic consistent happiness into your life.
SESSION 3 – BELIEF SYSTEMS
- We will process self limiting belief systems. We are often unaware of our limiting beliefs because they were “passed down” to us by the attitudes and beliefs of others. As long as they remain unconscious (we are not aware of them and the power they hold over us) they can hold us back from achieving our fullest potential and experiencing joy.
- Cognitive distortions will also be covered. – These are unhelpful thinking patterns that lead to further disconnection from our inner joy.
- Finally, we will dive into how perspective really is everything, especially when it comes to the way we feel.
SESSION 4- EGO-IDENTITY
- What is an ego-Identity? Where does it come from? Why does it have defenses? – These are a few questions we will be answering.
- We will look into the attachments and roles you hold about yourself and others. – Having awareness into this conditioning allows us to choose what serves us and let go what doesn’t.
- This will be broken down into an introduction into Ego work. – Unpacking the Ego through a “who am I reflection”.
- Understanding our identities can allow us to choose spaces that support our authentic selves.
SESSION 5 – PRESENT MOMENT AWARENESS
- Do you know that NOW is all there really is ? – The past is a a place in memory and the future is a concept of an expectation. When we aren’t in the present moment we can lose our own authenticity,to thoughts of who we think we were, are or ought to be, unknowingly concealing our own inner happiness from radiating.
- We will be looking into ways to increase our present moment awareness. Often this means looking at our habitual behaviours.
- Through this we will be processing ways we can invite more balance and understanding into our daily lives.
SESSION 6 – EMOTIONAL REGULATION
- We will look at what steps need to be taken inorder to develop awareness of your feelings and thoughts.
- Discover the power of your emotions. Through this you will see how important it is to not “run away” from your emotions.
- Create awareness around your inner dialog (self-talk).
- Become aware of how much thoughts and feelings are linked. Understand how to use this to re-associate your thinking. Thinking that supports and aligns with our authentic selves.
SESSION 7 – WRAP UP AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
- Now that you have processed the various layers of yourself, you will have a deepened understanding and more love for the very person that you are.
- This self-understanding will assist you in having a life filled with gratitude.
- You will be more aware than before and through maintaining the practices you will learn in this course, this awareness will make way for a more intuned mindful life.
