Too often, we find ourselves running with no end in sight. While we slowly come accustomed to manipulating ourselves as we rush around with no purpose to hold.

This running is forgetting the present moment and all it has to offer you. I'm guilty of this, too. However, as I reflect on the end of an era, I am reminded that where you go, it will always follow. No amount of distraction or projection will cultivate the calm you seek.

But if one day you decide to stop running, and maybe walk alittle.. Maybe that walk allows you to access a moment of ease, just enough for you to regulate and stop.

Taking a deep breath, you pause and realize that running was the problem all along. For sitting with it is how you welcome it in, enough to then let it all go with love.

I do warn you, though. That sitting with it is also asking for it to flood in. To take you over in a beautiful display of surrender. Here, always be mindful that your thoughts don't reflect into the past as a what if or a should have been mindset.

You are not sitting down to be punished. You are not in prison. Yet why we are so good at doing just that,
? Holding ourselves prisoner to our own minds.

The emotional weight you carry may not be your direct fault, but you are responsible for what and how you deal with it. Emotions are guides, not identifiers. Stay present with it.

Then ask yourself :"What it is that I'm failing to be observant of?" Only you will know that one thing that if you did it full heartedly, life would inevitably change. A kind of self-loving consistency rooted in deeply cultivated loving awareness.

Awareness to understand, not Awareness to judge.

Learning how to belong where you stand is harder t

Learning how to belong where you stand is harder than it seems.

First, we must learn to know where it is you want to be by knowing where is not serving you. Then we must look at the distance between where we really are to where we would like to be..

For that to happen, we need to reflect and readjust ourselves to create the needed path forward. Noting our authentic needs and finding consistent patterns that helps us put the stepping stones down.

But these stones are heavy if you want them to be immovable. So take your time, place them carefully. Change as many times needed for you to gain the skillful insight to know that your direction is safe and true.

Do not use this as a distraction. For the discipline involved in knowing who you are takes time. It can be easy to forget your mission or use anothers path as leverage. At the end of the day it is up to you. So stay steady.

Soon enough, you'll arrive at the place where it was about the journey, never the destination. It was never about going somewhere, but it was about taking the mindful action for you to see your own worth and your own capacity.

Here, we often start in the lacking.. so be aware of yourself.. learn from your mistakes, as those lessons lead you towards the blessing..

The blessing that is... YOU BELONG WHERE YOU STAND.

Your observations stems from your perspective in life.

Cultivated by your habits, conditioning and reactions. This creates our outlooks and perceptions on life.

Finding that you're unhappy with what you're observing?? Shift your attention to focus on yourself and change the lense to what you see.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change..

For example... if you hurt me.. yes, I can blame this and that and take it personally... but in truth... your hurt is a reflection of yourself.. and if you're hurting so much that you're trying to hurt me... well, then it must be incredibly difficult to be you..

So instead of taking on your upset and letting it leak around for more to slip on.. I will be compassionate.

How?? Not reacting, of course. By doing this, not only are you preventing yourself from slipping unconsciously doubling up your own suffering, but you're also now stopping the spread of that ugly observation from getting around.

There is power in how present you can be with your being, and I believe that this can greatly influence the collective unconscious for the better.

So what can you observe within yourself? Process what serves you.. from the depth of the authentic holistic self, when aligned, what is good for you becomes good for others and this is the law of nature.

We manifest what we are, not what we want.

This one's to the present me and all the past selves that have existed inorder for me to finally be free. I give eternal thanks to the growing pains needed to get me to clarity <3.

I give pardon and endless gratitude to those I've encountered along my journey.

Shame, doubt, and fear often accompanies growth and healing. This identity does not serve us, although it has much to teach. So... I praise all past versions of me. I grieve each past self with loving kindness as they slowly start to leave. As I can now see the beautiful flowers that were being planted on their way out. Flowers I intend to water daily.

It can take time for your garden to grow. It may take a lot of decay before your soil is fertilized enough to hold all of your glory and abundance, but keep going and keep growing. For the fruits of your labor may not be far away.

And as for the decay.. well, everything must die eventually.. so water what you can before you settle into a life that does not nourish all parts of you.

Healing can be harsh, unconscious even, but keep filtering and YOU WILL FLOURISH!

How dancing, as a spiritual practice, brings me closer to my authentic self. Let's talk about it..

Nature and dance are my gateways to lifes mystery and pleasure, where I can bring my worries, exhaustion, prayers, celebrations, and gratitude. These gateways open to places deep within and far beyond my perception and imagination. They create an impromptu sacred space that emerges and always ‘meets’ me regardless of my emotional state.

1. Dancing freely gives you an opportunity to express yourself when words fail to articulate how you feel. It almost becomes like this prayer or diary entry you're sending to the universe. Your body becomes the pen, and the music becomes the paper, together forming space to let go and regulate.

2. Dancing shouldn't be seen as simply physical, as it provides keys to all layers of our holistic being: body, heart, mind, and spirit. Becoming literate in all four areas increases our capacity to be in a relationship with the mystery. This relationship allows us to be present in our own freedom, teaching us that we can intuitively move through space and time without projected fear.

3. Dance allows us to come into greater inner and outer alignment and often creates a desire to share this joy by becoming actively involved in the wellbeing of others, with a drive to preserve life. This induces qualities such as kindness, compassion, and care, which are (or should be!) at the heart of most decisions we make.

Authentic free dancing without self judgment or fear of being seen is one of the strongest catalysts for changing our perceptions and outlooks on life.

Being in motion reminds us that we already have the capacity to implement changes. When we are present in this expression, insights can find us. Then, when an insight arrives while we dance, we don’t have to overthinki it. Instead, we can dance our insights directly into being and follow up with concrete actions.

It all depends on the intentions you have when you arrive.. so I ask you now? Will you allow yourself the gift to dance freely in your being?

Worthiness or self-worth is something I've battled with my whole life. Lately, this has been coming up in big ways. So here I provide a gentle reflection to a big question.

What does worthiness mean?

What's I realized is that being worthy means stopping to betray myself. Especially when I have the perfect opportunities to do so.

With this in mind, I'd like you to use this as your own reflection. Ask yourself: What would it look like, or would I be if I was truly showing up in my full self-worth?

What would that self-love look like?

The love we seek is our own, so how can you give this deserving love to yourself today?

It's not about returning to an old version of yourself but rather re-establishing and reconnecting to the present self. Your authentic self.

As mentioned in this video, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. Meaning, you cannot live in the past of the goof ol' days. This mindset can leave you stuck. This can lead to you missing out on all the wonderful things you can be in the present.

Mindful action towards yourself can set the tone for these intentions. It may not make sense to others, nor does it have to... just make sure you connect to and trust your own processes, leaving space for the needed understanding and compassion so you can receive the space needed for your growth, healing, and transformation.

As a Holistic Practitioner, I often encourage my clients to have a somewhat even divide between active doing and rest or digest.

This is the concept behind balanced living. That we essentially balance pleasure and progress, using each as a tool to carve a path for our lives. While this is true, the concept of balance goes much deeper than this.

🪷- What I've come to realize is that balanced living is an energy flow, and like energy, balance is not something that you find; it is something you create. This created energy flow can be conscious or unconscious. Either way, it will direct or create the experiences that become your life.

🪷- This means that the life you are currently experiencing is determined by your position to yourself.

Incredible, isn't it?? How intrinsically linked it all is. By using mindful awareness, you can cultivate an intentional life that supports you instead of one that drains you.

🪷-It's all about that mindful choice. The sad thing is, so many of us are too lost within ourselves to realize that we have a choice.

We often get caught up within ourselves. Where our own minds can feel like a prison, and we're both the prisoners and the guards.

Here, focused breathing can relieve our inner selves, bringing us into the present moment. The breath is the bridge between the seen and unseen world.

Ever notice how your breathing changes with different emotions? Well, using breathing as an intentional feedback loop to nurture the holistic system can tell our minds that we are safe and regulated.

This helps you to concentrate on slow, deep breathing and aids you in disengaging from distracting thoughts and sensations. While still being mindful of the impacts. This practice isn't here to bypass anything but rather as a reminder that you are deserving of taking up intentional space both within and outside of yourself.

But IT ALL STARTS WITHIN. You have control here to take back your power. Let your breath bridge the gaps within your emotional fields, easing the mind and calming the nervous system.

Constantly practicing this every morning can create beautiful space within your days. Breathwork is a powerful tool, and how wonderful that it's with us everyday.

New moon, New me.🌚

With this new moon, which happened on Monday the 20th of Feb, I have been experiencing many shifts. Things that have been unsettled for a few years now are coming to light.

This is why I've taken space from sharing here on @sun_flower_healing . 🌻

Processing and learning to understand yourself at new depths often means taking time out to explore new ways of being.

Thank you for your patience, as I devoted this February to loving myself completely. 💗 Healing my nervous system has been an incredibly daunting task. Breaking old cycles, habits, unconscious reactions, and trauma narratives that do not serve my well-being has been the biggest undertaking.

–It is scary to take radical responsibility over your life, but here I am. 🧘🏽‍♀️ AGAIN AND AGAIN I WILL SHOW UP FOR MYSELF, DESPITE THE FEAR. I hope you do this for yourselves too x

In this space, I give myself permission to explore and express into the present moment with kindness and understanding towards myself.

On this note, hello x I am slowly coming back with insightful content and even more love to give.

Creating space and living intentionally can take you down interesting roads. Just keep trusting yourself and know that by seeing your inherent value, you give way for abundance to flow into your life with renewed energy.

Self-connection… the art of being in a conscious

Self-connection... the art of being in a conscious relationship with yourself. This is easier said than done, with that in mind where does one start?

Like any relationship, you must spend time to get to know the other. In this case, the other side of the relationship is you. – Here mindfully dive into introspection and spend quality time with yourself doing the things you love.

Well how do you know what you love? (Journal prompts)

— If I had to ask you, “What is your dream life?” Then, “How will you try to achieve this life?" (in a general sense) Lastly, “What can you start with today, tonight or tomorrow that can begin to hold space for that dream or life?”

Note how these objective answers and solutions make space for open-minded thinking about yourself. You do not need to self-sabotage or restrict yourself with guilt, calories or anything else to achieve the life goals you have. Punishing ourselves doesn’t help. This reaction to change is rooted in unmindful mislead conditioning. Break the cycle!

This follows the law of attraction — which is the relationship between your thoughts and how they create your reality.

Your thoughts create vibrations, and your thinking generates a frequency that attracts things with the same energy to you. Here, we use awareness and introspection as the map, to which we can direct our energy accordingly, “It’s Intuition”!

Then using the body as a vehicle to fulfil the desired tasks, integrating the whole holistic system into every decision made. ITS BEAUTIFUL MANIFESTATION MAGIC.

Where you are now with yourself. Truly present and accepting of the space you take up. I know pushing comfort zones can be challenging, but you owe it to yourself.

Each individual’s ability to connect to and integrate their needed reconditioning is determined by your relation to yourself.

✨️This is a good read so stay with me ✨️

Dating back to an ancient Greek inscription, the aphorism to 'know thyself' has encouraged people to engage in a search for self-understanding. Knowing thyself is how much applied introspection to our personalities has been taken and if we can witness our strengths and weaknesses objectively.

The world is constantly changing around us and in a phrase that can still apply in a completely different world, this is proof that introspection will remain as important now as it was then.

Consider a time when you wanted to do something outside of your limits and were ignorant to learn the methods of whatever it might be. How this cause and effect of the habit patterns we hold influence our lives?

🕊 -There is no shame in trying a way of being that you have no experience with. To know thyself well enough to see an advantage in gaining the experience. 🤍

Our courage is constantly tested and our motivation ever struggling. Knowing how we operate and how obstacles pass us by, is to know thyself and allow ourselves to grow in areas we cannot and will not immediately succeed in. This is perfectly Okay. You are yourself, therefore, the only way to step out of yourself is to intentionally shift.

I find people will often stay in situations that are unhealthy or unfulfilling, simply because they fear the unknown space that would come with stepping away from your habit patterns through your mind and body. It is often a gruelling experience to rewire our subconscious minds.

This checking in allows you to start to see your patterns so that you can change them.
